About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for students interested in AI and machine learning software engineering. You will work alongside professionals to deliver solutions for clients and collaborate with a peer team to address current business challenges. The program includes professional development, interaction with company leaders, and participation in a mentoring circle led by an early career champion.
What you'll do#
- Develop agentic solutions that answer business questions and execute approved actions.
- Build standalone proxy services for front-end management of LLM implementations.
- Create a single managed service incorporating detection, monitoring, security, and FinOps features.
- Research and propose solutions to real-world business problems.
- Participate in professional development sessions and mentoring circles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate, bachelor, or master degree program in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related STEM field at a United States university.
- At least one semester of study remaining after the internship concludes.
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML tools, software development best practices, API integration, and microservice architecture.
- Understanding of data science concepts including data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and statistical methods.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and basic familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to solve complex problems and communicate technical challenges clearly.
