About the role#
This internship is part of the product management team at GE Vernova. You will contribute to the strategic growth of the plant controls business while supporting future development for the Advanced Software and Controls Lifecare portfolios. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Perform market research to understand customer expectations.
- Coordinate discussions across functional groups to identify and address gaps.
- Develop revenue and growth projections based on market penetration.
- Create business strategies focused on differentiation and market growth.
- Conduct Voice of the Customer sessions to validate assumptions with real feedback.
- Present scenarios to leadership to gain buy-in and approval.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Previous experience developing a basic business case.
- A basic understanding of market analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfort presenting information to small groups, including executives.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Longmont, Colorado facility.
