About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work with the Commercial Team on business growth strategy. You will gain exposure to market analysis, opportunity identification, and the execution of sales growth plans. The role involves hands-on experience with commercial operations, pricing, marketing, and product sales. You will receive mentorship and training from experienced professionals to help grow your technical and commercial expertise.
What you'll do#
- Support market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist with proposal and deal activity, including customer proposal development, risk analysis, contract evaluation, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing, forecasting, and sales operations to improve business decision-making.
- Participate in projects focused on improving commercial processes, tools, dashboards, and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program.
- Preferred majors include Mechanical, Power Systems, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Business majors with demonstrated technical aptitude are also eligible.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A passion for the energy industry and customer care.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May/June to August).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid position ($1,000 to $2,000 per week).
