This internship provides hands-on experience in employee engagement, people development, and people operations. You will work directly with the People & Culture team to support core human resources functions and contribute to impactful projects throughout the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing paperwork.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, such as managing new hire documentation and terminations.
- Help plan and organize learning programs, track employee participation, and compile engagement insights.
- Support the planning, execution, and improvement of employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication efforts.
- Collaborate on various projects to gain practical experience and contribute to people operations processes.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, safety, and compliance data organization.
- Manage internal swag distribution and organize P&C storage spaces.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
- Familiarity with HR software is considered a plus.

- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Commitment: Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
