About the role#
As a Merchandising Intern, you will work directly with the Merchant team to support product analysis, reporting, and market research. This role provides hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, helping you develop a practical understanding of merchandising strategy and the furniture industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Merchant team with audits on new and existing product information, including costing, pricing, dimensions, and fabric details.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting and presentations for internal and external deliverables.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams focused on process improvements across Merchandising, Product Development, and Buying & Planning.
- Research and analyze competitor assortments and pricing strategies.
- Support the analysis of current and future trends in the furniture industry to help inform product strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week).
