About the role#
Four Hands is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Intern to support the logistics team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate data, facilitating shipment planning, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This is a part-time, on-site internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Enter and maintain accurate data in logistics systems to support operations.
- Assist in tracking shipments and deliveries in coordination with logistics partners.
- Support projects aimed at improving processes and reducing lead times.
- Manage administrative tasks related to documentation and internal reporting.
- Verify shipment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current studies or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365, Oracle, or SAP.
Location & details#
- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Commitment: Part-time, 20 to 25+ hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
