Key Account Product Development Intern

About the role#

The Key Account Product Development Intern supports the sample workflow and product development cycle for major customer accounts. This hands-on role provides experience in product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and the development of customer presentations.

What you'll do#

• Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to retail customers and overseas offices.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials and warehouse samples.
• Oversee the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, including conducting periodic audits and assisting with room resets after meetings.
• Proactively pull required swatches from inventory for internal and client design reviews.
• Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Uphold company core values and contribute to the team environment.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, and a willingness to learn proprietary presentation software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teams.
• A positive, eager-to-learn attitude.

• Modality: On-site, part-time.
• This is a paid internship.
