About the role#
The Key Account Product Development Intern supports the sample workflow and product development cycle for major customer accounts. This hands-on role provides experience in product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and the development of customer presentations.
What you'll do#
- Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to retail customers and overseas offices.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials and warehouse samples.
- Oversee the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, including conducting periodic audits and assisting with room resets after meetings.
- Proactively pull required swatches from inventory for internal and client design reviews.
- Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Uphold company core values and contribute to the team environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, and a willingness to learn proprietary presentation software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teams.
- A positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
