About the role#
The Paris Parts Distribution Centre is one of three Canadian facilities that manages and distributes automotive service parts to dealerships across the country. We are looking for a Financial/Internal Controls Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This is a part-time, paid position based on-site in Paris, Ontario. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program and returning to school in the fall.
What you'll do#
- Select questions for the Modular Control Review Program (MCRP).
- Work on process improvement initiatives, specifically focusing on the refinement of analytical models.
- Provide analytical support, including updates to facility report cards and maintenance of shipper tracking documentation.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
- A focus on delivering assignments that add value to the team.
- An interest in the automotive or material planning and logistics industries.
- Previous work experience, particularly in automotive or accounting roles, is considered an asset.

- Location: Paris, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: May to August 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Undergraduate students can expect an hourly rate between $22.25 and $30.12. Graduate students can expect an hourly rate between $31.72 and $34.89.
- Eligibility: You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Sponsorship for work permits is not provided.
