About the role#
As a Campus Retail Team Lead at the Beltline Student Bookstore, you will support store management in daily operations. This role focuses on driving sales growth and maintaining high standards for store performance. You will help create an engaging environment for customers while supervising and developing team members.
What you'll do#
- Execute store plans and daily operations for both standard and peak periods.
- Train, coach, and schedule team members to ensure store standards are met.
- Manage inventory control, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Handle cash register operations, bank deposits, and opening or closing duties.
- Partner with campus stakeholders to facilitate events and maintain communication.
- Review store financials and sales promotions to meet company objectives.
What you'll need#
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in organization, time management, and problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide high-quality customer service.
- General computer proficiency.
- Academic retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
