About the role#
Flexsteel Industries is hiring a Marketing Intern in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role with a rolling term. You will work with the marketing team to build support materials for our sales and retail partners. You will learn how marketing strategy connects to business goals while gaining experience in bringing products to market.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the team on daily tasks and priority projects.
- Create marketing collateral and resources for e-commerce and retail partners.
- Transform text and narrative content into visual presentations for leadership and sales teams.
- Manage projects in the pipeline and communicate status updates to internal teams and potentially external retailers.
- Support our customer focus positioning.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor degree in marketing and have finished your second year.
- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- You possess solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- This position is located on-site in Dubuque, Iowa.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
