About the role#
As a Sales Intern at Flexsteel Industries, you will work alongside our sales, customer experience, and product teams. This role provides hands-on experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. You will support our retail partners by creating marketing collateral and assisting with daily projects. You will learn how our business functions from the ground up, including how products move from development to the market.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with retail development, content, and product teams on daily tasks.
- Create visual presentations by transforming text and narrative content.
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, readable, and high quality.
- Support our customer focus positioning for field sales and e-commerce partners.
- Participate in project updates and networking opportunities to gain leadership visibility.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Completion of at least your second year of undergraduate studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of digital and social media marketing.
