About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for the 2027 season. You will work on-site in New York, focusing on the development of trading systems. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on projects, providing an opportunity to learn about the trading business while working under the mentorship of experienced Software Developers.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on projects that are representative of real trading system development.
- Engage in classroom instruction to build technical knowledge.
- Learn about the trading industry and how the firm operates in global markets.
- Collaborate with and receive mentorship from experienced Software Developers.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency with Python is required.
- Proficiency with C or C++ and Linux is preferred.
- Ability to work on significant, high-impact projects.
- Interest in the development of trading systems.
- A willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
