About the role#
Five Rings offers an intensive summer internship for students interested in software development within the financial services industry. You will spend the summer working on projects that reflect our actual trading systems. This program combines practical project work with classroom instruction to help you understand our business and technology.
What you'll do#
- Work on trading system development projects.
- Participate in hands-on technical tasks.
- Attend classroom sessions led by experienced developers.
- Receive mentorship from our software development team.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Experience with C or C++ and Linux is preferred.
- Ability to contribute to significant project work.
- Interest in the trading business and system development.
- A willingness to learn from experienced developers.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
