About the role#
Five Rings offers an intensive 9-week summer internship program running from early June through early August. You will work in our New York office alongside full-time traders who provide mentorship throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the trading team on research and development projects.
- Participate in hands-on projects and mock trading sessions.
- Attend classroom instruction and talks covering key trading concepts.
- Engage in strategy games, game nights, and team dinners.
What you'll need#
- Expected graduation in winter 2027 or spring/summer 2028.
- A quantitatively-focused background in fields such as Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starting mindset.
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
