About the role#
The Personal Trainer Career Accelerator Program at Fitness Together provides hands-on experience for aspiring trainers. This program bridges the gap between certification and professional practice. You will work in a studio environment to build your skills and confidence before moving into a full training role. The program includes a review at the three-month mark to determine your path forward.
What you'll do#
- Shadow experienced trainers to understand client interaction and session flow.
- Assist with daily studio operations, including cleaning and administrative tasks.
- Perform client check-ins.
- Lead warmups and cooldowns.
- Support specific session segments.
- Co-lead programming.
- Perform movement screens and client assessments.
What you'll need#
- You are recently certified, a recent graduate, or currently finishing your certification.
- You are pursuing a degree in Kinesiology.
- You have a strong interest in the fitness industry.

- Location: Avon, Connecticut.
