About the role#
The HR Intern will gain experience across multiple functions within the human resources department. This role involves supporting daily operations, refining internal documentation, and coordinating programs for the intern cohort throughout the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Update internal databases with employee information.
- Prepare HR-related reports as required.
- Revise job descriptions and update templates.
- Organize digital files and help define internal processes and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with revisions to the HR onboarding process to improve the new hire experience.
- Organize and lead intern activities to ensure an engaging experience.
- Complete other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the HR department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people across various departments.
- Understanding of the importance of discretion when handling sensitive data.
- Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
