Digital Marketing and AI Intern

About the role#

The Digital Marketing and AI Intern will support marketing strategy through data analysis and the implementation of AI-assisted workflows. This role focuses on optimizing content performance, defining audience segments, and measuring the efficiency gains provided by AI tools. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 semester.

What you'll do#

• Build AI-assisted competitor-analysis workflows to generate initial insights for marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain social and media performance dashboards to track engagement, web analytics, and campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize AI and LLMs to define and document audience personas, including customers, communities, and policy stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing content performance against defined personas and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Document the capacity gained and time saved through AI workflows to demonstrate operational impact.

What you'll need#

• Current Junior or Senior student status with previous internship experience.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• A strong marketing analytics mindset with an interest in data, AI, LLMs, and social media platforms.
• Ability to treat AI-generated output as a first draft that requires human review and refinement.

• Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 per hour.
