About the role#
The Data team works with product and engineering to uncover insights and build data systems. As an intern, you will work on technical projects that impact our product and business. We look for candidates who can explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to turn business questions into data problems.
- Evaluate experiments and surface metrics that guide product decisions.
- Build models to understand user behavior and predict growth.
- Design data pipelines and tools to make product data more scalable and accessible.
- Focus on areas like analytics, experimentation, or infrastructure based on your interests.
What you'll need#
- Experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
- Experience with SQL.
- A solid understanding of statistical methods or data systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts or large-scale data pipelines.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Engineering.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in either San Francisco, California, or New York, New York.
- The hourly base pay rate is $46 USD.
- The company provides a housing stipend and travel reimbursement for interns.
