About the role#
As a Branch Intern, you work directly with financial professionals at a Fidelity Investor Center. You will gain exposure to personal investing and financial planning while building your communication and relationship-building skills. This is a 10-week, full-time summer internship running from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will be fully integrated into the team, encouraged to share ideas, and supported through coaching and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service and assist with investment products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Support business-critical initiatives and branch projects.
- Participate in professional development programs, networking events, and learning sessions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a junior in an undergraduate program.
- An interest in wealth management and the financial services industry.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, banking, or customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership through student organizations.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- A basic understanding of the economy and current market trends.
- The ability to promote customer loyalty.
