About the role#
Fellowship Recovery offers a clinical internship for students pursuing their ADC-T or LADC certification. You will work within an outpatient treatment setting and receive guidance from supervisors who do not carry their own caseloads. Our Treatment Director, who also serves as an addictions study professor, provides additional insight into the field. This is a paid, part-time position running from January 2027 through May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work onsite to attend group sessions and mandatory training.
- Gain practical experience across all 12 core competencies.
- Participate in both individual and group counseling sessions.
- Support behavior management strategies.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ADC-T or LADC college program.
- A specific interest in working with families in a clinical environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and IT skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through May).
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour for the first 440 hours, increasing to $18.00 per hour thereafter.
