About the role#
Felix Construction Company is hiring a Marketing Intern for Summer 2027. This position offers hands-on experience in a construction environment. You will work directly with our team to support marketing and employer branding efforts. This is a paid, full-time internship based in our Phoenix office.
What you'll do#
- Create content for social media, internal communications, and employer branding.
- Assist with photography, videography, and Day in the Life content at both field and office sites.
- Organize marketing assets, project photos, and templates.
- Draft and edit communications, presentations, and various marketing materials.
- Complete an assigned marketing project and present your findings to the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year degree program for Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management, organization, and attention to detail.
