About the role#
This is a Sales Intern position within the Commercial Excellence Lab at Faurecia. You will work within the Clarion Electronics division to bring analytical talent and new technology into daily operations. This role goes beyond standard support tasks. You will study how our global automotive business functions, identify areas for improvement, and help build and test solutions. While based in Sales, the role is cross-functional and requires collaboration with Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments.
What you'll do#
- Participate in recurring sales activities to learn about our business, customers, and processes.
- Observe and map how commercial and cross-functional work is performed.
- Analyze data to spot inefficiencies, delays, and risks.
- Develop practical tools, models, and dashboards to support new processes.
- Prepare and lead workshops to share your observations and findings with the team.
- Test proposed solutions with specific teams and measure the impact of your work.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
- You have a genuine interest in business, technology, and organizational structures.
- You enjoy solving complex problems and feel comfortable working with incomplete or imperfect data.
- You are willing to learn the details of operational work before proposing changes.
- You can communicate complex ideas in a simple, structured way.
- You are comfortable presenting your work and facilitating group discussions.

- Location: Northville, Michigan.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- The position operates on a rolling basis.
