Supply Chain & Manufacturing Intern - Manufacturing

About the role#

As a Supply Chain & Manufacturing Intern, you will work directly with the team responsible for the production of P3 modules. This role provides end-to-end exposure to how a hardware company scales production, ranging from assembly development on the factory floor to the supplier negotiations required to keep materials flowing.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to process and assembly development for P3 modules.
• Define, document, and improve repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Work with metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication methods and equipment to refine production capabilities.
• Support supplier negotiations, including quoting, cost analysis, and evaluating material and component suppliers.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a strong interest in manufacturing process and assembly development.
• Familiarity with metal, glass, and ceramic fabrication methods and equipment through coursework, projects, or practical experience.
• Exposure to or a strong interest in supplier negotiations and cost analysis.
• Comfort working in an active factory environment.
