Project Manager Intern

About the role#

Everus is seeking a Project Manager Intern to support the execution of construction projects. This role focuses on document control, project coordination, and supporting management teams in a professional environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate project drawings and documentation to ensure all parties have the necessary information.
• Prepare essential project documentation, including submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and bid proposals.
• Manage project matrices for document control, including tracking RFIs, drawings, and change orders.
• Develop drawings for the installation of electrical components.
• Interface with architects, trade contractors, vendors, and management teams.
• Perform special projects and tasks as assigned.

What you'll need#

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current enrollment in a degree program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle tasks with discretion.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• A working knowledge of electrical construction is preferred.
• A valid driver's license, as this position requires driving.
