Corporate Development Intern - Summer 2026

About the role#

This internship provides hands-on experience within the Corporate Development department at Everus Construction Group. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to active projects, and gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. This role requires an understanding and promotion of the Everus 4EVER Strategy, which focuses on Employees, Value, Execution, and Relationships.

What you'll do#

• Assist with M&A market research and opportunity tracking.
• Support the team in financial modeling and strategic planning.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate on project solutions.
• Learn and apply industry-specific tools, software, and methodologies.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate college or university program.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong interest in corporate development and strategy.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Location & details#

• Location: On-site in Boulder, Colorado.
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $21 per hour.
• Requirements: Background check, MVR, and drug screen may be required.
