About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Accounting department at Everus. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects, gaining exposure to corporate accounting procedures, financial statements, and journal entries. This is a paid, full-time summer position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with basic journal entry and financial statements.
- Support the team in corporate accounting functions.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate on solutions.
- Learn and apply relevant industry tools, software, and methodologies.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college or university program in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong interest in accounting within the corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to projects.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site in Bismarck, North Dakota.
- Term: Summer 2026 (June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026).
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Compensation: $21 per hour.
- Note: Background check, MVR, and drug screen may be required. Relocation and transportation assistance are not provided.
