About the role#
As an Intelligence Solutions Intern, you will support our analysts and managers with cross-functional tasks. You will help clients understand supply chain risks by connecting global disruptions to localized vulnerabilities. This role focuses on monitoring world events and their potential impact on supply chain operations.
What you'll do#
- Monitor current affairs in the Americas and APAC regions to detect events like geopolitical crises, natural disasters, and labor strikes.
- Analyze incoming data streams to determine their relevancy and impact.
- Write and report time-sensitive risk alerts for clients using open-source and proprietary information.
- Assist the team with various cross-functional projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or other Social Sciences.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, with the ability to write error-free.
- Strong interest in current affairs and socioeconomic or political dynamics in the Americas and APAC regions.
- Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position based in the United States.
- The internship is for Summer 2026, lasting 5-6 months starting in June 2026.
- Expected commitment is 15-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 2pm and 6pm Eastern time (or equivalent in other US time zones).
- This is a paid internship.
