About the role#
This internship focuses on developing leadership skills through sales and team management. You will work alongside our sales team to understand how to captain a team and improve performance. This is a paid, full-time position for students who want to build a foundation in business leadership.
What you'll do#
- Shadow top company representatives and attend training sessions.
- Learn communication techniques including non-verbal and para-verbal methods.
- Practice negotiation, closing sales, and overcoming customer objections.
- Perform market analysis and KPI reporting.
- Use data to make business decisions and track technology trends.
- Build a professional network and participate in company book reviews.
- Practice mental discipline and personal development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.
- At least one year of coursework toward a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficiency with iOS and mobile software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to memorize and comprehend industry-critical information.
- Self-starter mindset with the flexibility to work varied hours.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
