About the role#
Housebuildr is hiring a Sales Support Intern to help our team with outreach, screening, and scheduling. This role offers hands-on experience in the early stages of the sales process. You will help ensure that prospective leads receive timely follow-up and a positive introduction to our services.
What you'll do#
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and applicants.
- Ask screening questions to assess interest and availability.
- Share a brief overview of the company and our services.
- Schedule interviews or follow-up appointments.
- Follow up via email or message with contacts who do not answer calls.
- Confirm appointments and help with rescheduling.
- Record call outcomes, notes, and scheduling details accurately.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college or university.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Comfort speaking on the phone and interacting with new people.
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow instructions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented work habits.
- Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, outreach, or call-based roles is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are welcome.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship located in Hollywood, California.
- The position is based on a rolling term.
- Candidates must live in or near Los Angeles.
