About the role#
As a Platform Intern, you will join the mechanical and thermal engineering organization to support the development of Etched silicon systems. This role involves working across mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines to design high-power ASIC systems, ranging from PCB-level components to full rack-level infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Focus on NPI (New Product Introduction) prototyping and the development of manufacturing fixtures.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of liquid cooling technologies.
- Assist in rack-level system development and integration.
- Collaborate with the Platform Team to design and build full-stack systems supporting Etched ASICs.
What you'll need#
- Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building mechanical systems, boards, or similar projects.
- Knowledge of the board design cycle, high-speed interconnects, power delivery, and system integration.
