About the role#
This is a year-round server position designed for students. It offers flexible hours that fit around school schedules, including weekends, with no late nights. You will gain professional experience in a dining environment while having access to scholarship opportunities and free meals during your shifts.
What you'll do#
- Learn the menu, daily specials, and how items are prepared.
- Talk with residents and guests to share menu highlights and offer recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide a high-quality dining experience for everyone in the room.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- No prior work experience is required.
- You should have good communication skills.
- Bring a friendly and energetic attitude to your shifts.
- You must be available to work on both weekdays and weekends.

- This role is located in Catonsville, Maryland.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
- Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.72 per hour based on experience.
- Qualified employees may be eligible for scholarships and a year-end bonus.
