About the role#
The Summer 2027 Internship Program in Wichita, Kansas provides students with hands-on experience in the banking industry. This is a full-time, paid position designed for students who want to build professional skills and work on projects that support business initiatives. You will gain exposure to various departments including Finance, Marketing, Credit, Human Resources, Loan and Deposit Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Information Technology.

What you'll need#
- Current college student entering their Junior or Senior year.
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
- High degree of self-motivation and a drive to learn.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Wichita, Kansas for the duration of the internship.
