About the role#
The Office Experience and Facilities Intern supports our team with daily operations, workplace projects, and office administration. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate facilities management, project coordination, and workplace strategy. You will help ensure our workspaces are maintained to high standards while supporting major initiatives, including the ongoing optimization of our 25 Ontario office environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily facilities operations, including conducting site walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Coordinate service requests with building management, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage inventory for workplace supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Support desk, locker, and space management initiatives, including floor plan reviews and seating assignments.
- Help with workplace projects like office moves, renovations, and restacks.
- Track project documentation, meeting notes, action logs, and schedules.
- Assist with invoice tracking, purchase requisitions, and procurement records.
- Maintain departmental databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and service logs.
- Support general administrative tasks such as mailroom operations, filing, and scanning.
- Assist with presentation development and the creation of workplace guides and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program related to Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Human Resources, Interior Design, Architecture, or Workplace Experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience with CAD, floor planning software, graphic design, or project coordination is a plus.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4, 8, or 12 months).
- Modality: Hybrid (with time spent at 25 Ontario Street).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
