About the role#
As an IT Help Desk Intern at Enterfusion, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our technical support team. This role provides an opportunity to build your skills in troubleshooting and customer service while working directly with experienced technicians in our Orlando office.
What you'll do#
- Assist the IT support team with daily help desk operations, including responding to tickets and resolving technical issues.
- Shadow experienced technicians to learn best practices in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new technologies by preparing equipment and configurations.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to help streamline future support.
- Support special projects as assigned, allowing you to explore various areas within IT.
- Take part in team meetings to contribute ideas and gain insight into project management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- A desire to contribute to a team, while also being able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word and Excel, is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $18 per hour.
- Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
