About the role#
As a Business Transformation Intern, you will join the Enterprise Analytics department for a 12-week program starting May 17, 2027. You will work alongside industry experts to design and implement an end-to-end business workflow. This role focuses on moving a priority use case from discovery through prototype deployment, user feedback, and business-value assessment. You will also participate in weekly intern events, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities with company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and map current-state workflows.
- Design future-state workflow orchestration, including task coordination, approvals, routing, and exception handling.
- Configure and deploy low-code prototypes using the Power Platform or other approved tools.
- Build components that integrate orchestration, user interactions, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Analyze workflow results and user feedback to identify bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities for process optimization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business analytics, data analytics, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of workflow orchestration, MS Power Platform, or low-code development concepts like triggers, conditions, and connectors.
- Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or MS Copilot and an interest in applying these to business workflows.
- Knowledge of design thinking, process mapping, prototype development, or Agile methods.
- Ability to learn business processes quickly and translate goals into practical, measurable solutions.
- Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
