About the role#
The Business Partnerships Intern provides administrative and project-based support to the Business Partnerships team. This role offers exposure to employer engagement and workforce development initiatives while helping the team align employer needs with available services.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and program scheduling.
- Manage CRM data entry and records.
- Execute special projects, such as supporting employer events and reporting.
- Oversee Indiana Career Connect requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including career services, training, and communications, to ensure service delivery.
- Represent the organization at community events, business forums, and workforce initiatives.
- Capture and share success stories from employer partnerships to support outreach efforts.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Some college level coursework is preferred.
- Familiarity with workforce development, economic development, or related industries is a plus.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship at $16 per hour.
- The term is rolling.
