About the role#
You will operate at the center of Elloe’s external perception layer. This role supports high-stakes moments including press engagement, founder ghostwriting, investor communications, policy response, and narrative positioning. You will learn how strategic communications shapes market perception.
What you'll do#
- Track what key journalists, regulators, and competitors are saying.
- Draft narrative maps and silent rebuttals for internal alignment.
- Identify moments to respond, stay silent, or asymmetrically reposition.
- Help craft posts, memos, and press responses in the company voice.
- Refactor product news into regulatory posture or investor signal.
- Write with founder-level clarity.
- Maintain the public surface map including LinkedIn, press, panels, and investor updates.
- Draft precision copy for investor updates, fundraising, and case study launches.
- Help plan external milestones such as policy pilots, GTM rollouts, and safety wins.
What you'll need#
- Background in journalism, policy, marketing, or strategic communications.
- Ability to write clearly and strategically.
- Interest in narrative leverage and media dynamics.
- Experience in tech PR, VC communications, or regulatory strategy is a bonus.
Location & details#
- This is a remote role.
- Schedule involves rolling start dates.
- Duration is 8 to 12 weeks.
- The position is paid via stipend.
- Candidates should have availability overlapping with SF, NY, DC, or London.
