About the role#
You will work at the intersection of sales operations, pilot design, and CRM intelligence. This role focuses on building the systems that convert market signals into deals and revenue narratives. You will learn the mechanics of how AI go-to-market strategies are built and executed.
What you'll do#
- Segment ideal customer profiles based on trigger events, industry urgency, and compliance needs.
- Map the next 50 high-signal accounts for the team to pursue.
- Improve CRM hygiene, deal logging, and next-touch automation.
- Package pilot outcomes into referenceable case studies by collaborating with operations and communications teams to extract data.
- Create a structured feedback loop between active pilots and the product team.
- Analyze friction points in sales cycles and propose experiments for call flows and outbound structures.
- Build dashboards or Airtable and Notion views to track conversion velocity.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or business undergraduate program with an interest in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or product marketing.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
- Ability to think in systems and find structure in complex data.
- Prior experience with revenue operations, B2B SaaS sales, or CRM tooling is preferred.

- The internship is available for the Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 terms.
