About the role#
This internship supports our clinics in Centerville and Springboro. We provide supervision from LPCC-S and LISW-S staff to help you meet your program requirements. You will have access to a training library and live sessions to build your clinical skills. We provide a work laptop and support for scheduling, technology, and referrals.
What you'll do#
- Diagnose clients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 10 client visits per week.
- Document services in the EHR system within 24 hours.
- Coordinate care with families, schools, medical personnel, and case managers.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals.
- Provide customer service and work with our team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited master's program for LPC or LSW licensure.
- Proficiency with Office 365.
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Comfort working with a diverse client base.
