About the role#
As an Assurance Winter Intern, you will support our team in performing verification procedures for financial statement examinations. You will work with both public and private clients. We act as a trusted third party to provide assurance and peace of mind to our clients throughout their business cycles. You will also participate in ongoing education to stay current on industry processes and regulations.
What you'll do#
- Perform detailed verification procedures for financial statement examinations.
- Assist the assurance team with client engagements for public and private entities.
- Engage in continuous education regarding industry processes and regulations.
- Act as a trusted third party in providing assurance and peace of mind to clients.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or an equivalent program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 0-2 years of recent public accounting experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This internship is located in Lafayette, Louisiana.
- The position is fully on-site.
- You must be available to work 24 hours per week over 3 business days.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Winter 2027.
