About the role#
Duquesne University is hiring Academic Coaches for the PACT program. This paid position involves working with students in local schools during the Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Spring 2027 terms. This is an on-site, part-time role.
What you'll do#
You will provide one-on-one and small group tutoring to students. You must travel to local schools for these sessions. Transportation is provided for the scheduled hours of 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.
What you'll need#
Applicants must be eligible for Work-Study. You must be able to pass a PA Child Abuse Background Check and a Criminal Background Check. This role is open to students majoring in Psychology, Sociology, History, English, or Communications.

This position is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The pay rate is $15 per hour.
