About the role#
This position supports students at St. Anthony by providing inclusion and guidance. You will help students build vocational skills and assist with their daily routines. This is a part-time, paid position requiring approximately 11 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Escort students to their vocational training sites.
- Teach students job skills and help them build professional relationships with supervisors.
- Work with on-site personnel to establish student responsibilities.
- Provide direct on-the-job training and performance evaluations.
- Support students in academic classes and assist with lunch routines.
What you'll need#
- Current Work-Study eligibility.
- A dedicated and reliable approach to your work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn about working with young adults with special needs.
- Enrollment in majors such as Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, or Human Resources.

- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Approximately 11 hours per week, between 7:45 am and 2:15 pm.
- Term: Rolling.
