About the role#
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by creating video and photo content that highlights our culture and internship program. You will help build our employer brand by documenting key moments across the HR department and sharing them on various recruiting channels. This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office.
What you'll do#
- Capture and produce video and photo content for the Talent Acquisition team, internship events, and HR initiatives.
- Partner with recruiters and the Early Careers team to build social media content.
- Manage content posting on Handshake, LinkedIn, and other platforms to increase candidate engagement.
- Assist with storytelling projects that showcase employee culture and HR programs.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new content ideas.
- Provide on-site support at internship events and HR activities.
- Assist with additional HR and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with at least two years completed.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Media, Film, or a related field.
- Experience with video production, editing, or photography.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Handshake.
- A strong interest in Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to work full-time between June 7, 2027, and August 13, 2027.
