About the role#
This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Cambridge City, Indiana. You will work with the Occupational Health department to learn about business workflows and processes. The role requires a commitment of at least 350 hours during the internship tenure. You will also attend various business and personal development training events.
What you'll do#
- Shadow team members to understand company workflows and business needs.
- Take ownership of at least one assigned project for review and potential implementation.
- Collaborate with other interns on a team project.
- Define problems, collect data, and perform analysis to determine effective methods and processes.
- Apply lean tools to identify and remove waste.
- Review, update, and track reports.
- Present your project findings and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Maintain responsibility for the workplace safety of yourself and your co-workers.
What you'll need#
- You are a full-time student in good standing at an accredited college or university.
- A minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Degree progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Prior leadership experience.
