About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based in Cambridge City, Indiana. You will spend the summer of 2027 gaining hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The role requires a commitment of at least 350 hours during the term. You may need to travel occasionally for business.
What you'll do#
- Train and job-shadow across various departments to learn how our business workflows and processes function.
- Take ownership of at least one individual project and participate in a team project with other interns.
- Define problems, collect data, and conduct analysis to identify better methods and processes.
- Apply lean thinking to find and eliminate waste in your work area.
- Review, update, and maintain various operational reports.
- Present your research, findings, and recommendations at the end of the internship.
- Attend company training events and professional development sessions.
- Maintain safety standards for yourself and your co-workers at all times.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.
- A minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
