About the role#
This internship provides experience in the Sales and Business Development department at Dot Foods. You will gain exposure to company workflows and how different business units interact. The role involves hands-on project work, professional training, and the opportunity to contribute to real business processes. This is a full-time, paid summer position.
What you'll do#
- Participate in training and job-shadowing to learn company workflows and business needs.
- Take ownership of assigned individual projects and contribute to team-based intern projects.
- Define problems, conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis to determine effective methods.
- Review, update, and track various reports.
- Apply lean tools to identify and remove waste in your daily work.
- Present your findings, analysis, and recommendations at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.
- A minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Academic focus in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Location: Chesterfield, Missouri.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Minimum of 350 hours during the internship.
- Travel: Potential for minimal overnight travel; must be able to travel by all modes of transportation.
