About the role#
The Master Data Office Intern supports cross-functional processes and data compliance. You will help define, coordinate, and oversee master data process improvements. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Colmar, Pennsylvania, running for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop a working knowledge of product data systems and processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation.
- Design and generate data reports to support business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits.
- Support product information management systems.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program for Business Management, IT, or a related field.
- Preference is given to students entering their Junior year.
- A basic understanding of data analysis and business data analysis.
- Familiarity with managing large volumes of data and maintaining quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of databases like SQL and reporting packages such as Business Objects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of master data management strategies and best practices is a plus.
