About the role#
Our product engineers implement and operate technical solutions to improve the experience for merchants, dashers, and consumers. As an intern, you will join our team for a 12-week program, working directly on products that impact our business. You will be immersed in your team, receiving mentorship and coaching while solving real problems for our customers.
What you'll do#
- Develop, maintain, and ship technical elements with support from your mentor and team.
- Act on feedback and coaching to improve your work.
- Learn about the specific systems and elements you contribute to.
- Collaborate with your team to make a direct impact on the business.
- Participate in intern programming, including leadership speaker series and social events.
- Present your summer project learnings at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Graduation date between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Less than 2 years of full-time work experience.
- Availability for a May or June 2027 start date.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with databases, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience writing clean code, using version control, and performing unit testing.
- Preference for candidates with at least one previous Software Engineering internship.
- Preference for experience with AI-powered tools, large-scale web applications, systems monitoring, or service-oriented architecture.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
