About the role#
We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to support our operations in Torrance. You will gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, planning, and inventory management. You will work alongside our Production, Engineering, and Program Management teams to ensure that materials and components move efficiently through our manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with procurement tasks such as issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing supplier communications.
- Support scheduling and planning to align material availability with production timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, audits, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics activities including freight tracking, documentation, and inbound or outbound shipping.
- Analyze supply chain data to find bottlenecks and risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
- Participate in projects focused on efficiency, cost savings, and scalability.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
- Previous project or internship experience in manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
- Interest in the automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing industries.

- Location: Torrance, California.
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $37 to $40 per hour.
