About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Data Team for a 12-week internship during the summer of 2027. You will support our efforts to create analytics and improve the data infrastructure that powers our AI workflows. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Torrance, California.
What you'll do#
- Build visual dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Document data workflows and contribute to data models for business users and AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and execute the development of new tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or first-year master's student in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Excel and SQL.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong judgment regarding when to work independently and when to ask for guidance.
- Ability to gather accurate business requirements and explain findings clearly to stakeholders.
- A strong desire to learn and a focus on providing long-term value.
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.

- Location: Torrance, California (On-site).
- Term: 12 weeks, Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $39 to $45 per hour.
