About the role#
As a Production Business Intelligence Intern, you will join our team to solve complex problems using data. You will work with stakeholders across the company to support our transition into a data-driven organization. This is a 12-week, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Extract, transform, and analyze datasets using BI tools and methodologies.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure that provides long-term value.
- Improve data tools to ensure clean and consistent access for all teams.
- Monitor existing data assets and repair them when issues occur.
- Take ownership of tools to create enduring, scalable solutions.
- Develop automated exception reports to notify stakeholders of source data issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with Excel, Python, and SQL.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong judgment regarding when to work independently and when to ask for help.
- Ability to gather accurate business requirements and communicate findings clearly.
- A growth mindset and a desire to learn.

- This role is based on-site in Torrance, California.
- The internship is a paid, full-time position for the summer of 2027.
